Creating the right target lists with SuperOffice

Jane wants to sell more to her B customers. So she has decided to have a call blitzing day to catch up with those customers who haven’t bought anything in the last six months.

To begin, Jane needs a list of all her B customers. Next she creates a selection of all customers who have not purchased anything in the last six months. Finally, she creates a third selection which is a combination of the two.

By creating a combined selection she can get a list of companies which are common for both lists. And therefore find all of the B customers who haven’t bought anything in the last six months. With this list Jane can then create follow-up activities in her calendar.

If this had been a campaign against all customers and not just those managed by Jane, she could have generated follow-up activities for her colleagues as well, And placed this straight into their individual diaries in the same easy manner.

At any time Jane can go back to the selection and use a list as a target group for a new action.

For instance, after making the phone calls Jane can send her customers a mailing with new product offers or invitations to events.
